Corinne replied on January 27, 2008 17:01 to the discussion "Any fellow librarians out there? How do you use PBwiki?" in PBwiki:
I'm in the initial stages of setting up our PBwiki account to be our college library staff intranet. To hold: communication (meetings/agendas/minutes) and documentation (procedures, policies) and as well, perhaps it will have other value too. This type of thing is new to our staff, so it might be a while before it really takes off.
--If anyone out has an 'intranet' wiki for library staff too, I'd love to get a peak at your wiki for ideas.
I have also set up a dept.'s research guide to replace a static webpage version. I quite like the wiki version's flexibility.

I'm using the calendar plugin that comes with the pbwiki 'insert plugin' tool.
I tried copy/pasting the plugin information from the free wiki's 'source' page into the new wiki. However, doing so just gave me a blank/clean/fresh calendar. If I examine the code closely--what I copied/pasted--it doesn't doesn't seem to have anything pertaining to the unique calendar i created before.
Hoping someone has a workaround for me.

move a calendar plugin from one pbwiki to another?I have a free pbwiki, where I set up and have in full bloom a calendar plugin. Many dates/events scheduled therein.
I just purchased a premium wiki and I am going to migrate from the free one to this new $$ one.
Question is: can I move my calendar, as is, from the free to my new wiki?? or will I have to install a fresh calendar plugin and repopulate it from scratch? Seems like a lot of work, possibly unnecessary. So, hoping for an easy way to point to my old calendar.

add button for Add Tag"I created a new button called "Add Tag". This is because I have chosen to suppress the footer which unfortunately obscures the way to do page tagging.
By adding a new button, which shows up for every user, how to tag should be pretty obvious.
Problem is: How do I amend the addButton code so that it will actually add the tag? Creating the button was easy: I used the following code from the widget library to get the button to appear:
