I was having this problem with a few of my songs as well, I changed some of the meta data in iTunes and that seemed to fix the problem, select the song giving you trouble and right click and select get info or cmd+i(for mac)
from this menu select options and tick the start and stop time boxes(don't change their values just check those two boxes) song should work after that.
i think if you change any of the values in the option menu it will work as well.
I've also tried just editing the song name in iTunes and that worked for me as well, hope this works for everyone else as well.
