This is a getsatisfaction forum for hashtags.org, specifically. We're talking about an issue with hashtags.org. This is not a general twitter issues forum.

hashtags.org has some sort of problem and seems to be missing hashtags from some people entirely. There's nothing we (the users) can really do about it, without knowing what hashtags.org's bug is. Most likely, they have to find the bug and fix it. But they don't seem to be paying attention, even though they registered this forum.

G Social Media, and others: You're not understanding. This is not a Twitter problem, it's a hashtags.org problem. My hash tags are showing up just fine, as are other people's - on twitter. hashtags.org is ignoring them for some reason, so they don't show up on hashtags.org's charts or trends, and their counts are off. – Cos, on October 17, 2009 19:15

hashtags.org completely misses a trending tag
Okay, this is truly nuts. On Aug 13th, #nn09 was a trending topic at twitter.com. It was being used many times per minute for much of the day. Yet the hashtags.org graph for #nn09 has it at ZERO for August 13th (and 1 for August 12th). Is this site completely broken?

Where to post feedback about NN09?
    There's a separate category ("Product/Service") here for NN08, but not for NN09.

    Cos asked a question in Ping.fm on April 21, 2009 15:59:

    Cos
Why is there no basic intro documentation?
Why is there now "how to use ping.fm" / "getting started" sort of documentation on ping.fm? Or, if there is, why isn't it obvious where to find it. It's frustrating, having an idea of what this site does and how it's supposed to be used, but not knowing the specifics, not having an overview, not knowing what I might be missing... Why isn't there a basic intro showing typical use and documenting basic actions? I'm wandering around trying to figure out how to text to ping.fm from my cell phone, for example - which should be the most basic thing to do. Why do I have to *search* for each piece of basic introductory information.

If there is some sort of "here's everything you need to know to get started" page on ping.fm, it ought to be much more obvious and easy to get to from the logged-in home page.

My initial impression of ping.fm: very negative.
