The new version hasn't fixed this issue.
I just installed Tweetdeck to further test and it seems to be just Twhirl out of it, Tweetdeck and Adobe Digital Editions that has the problem. Maybe something to do with the way TWhirl seems to be without a standard windows window frame?
A regular windows full screen grab (ctrl+prtscr) does grab the TWhirl window.

TinyGrab for Windows is not screenshotting TWhirl windows.TinyGrab for Windows is seemingly not screenshotting TWhirl (http://www.twhirl.org/) windows.
I run TWhirl and tried to screengrab the window earlier today, using TinyGrab, and found that it just showed the desktop under the window. I tried with both full screen and window mode, finding that the TWhirl window wasn't grabbed, and also with area grab mode, where the Twhirl windows disappeared as soon as I hit ctrl-shift-3.
TWhirl is an Adobe Air app, so I grabbing Adobe Digital Editions (the only other Air app I have on my machine) and it worked fine, so I don't think it's due to that.
Here's my TinyGrab and an upload of a ctrl-prtscreen grab:

I only used a single monitor while testing.

Problems with Windows multiple monitors and 'grab area'I have multiple monitors set up in Windows, with a small laptop screen as secondary to the left and a larger screen as primary on the right. When I do a grab of an area (Ctrl-shift 3) my entire desktop is displayed on the primary monitor - ie. the left screen's origin is displayed from the right screen's origin. See piccies at http://cowfi.sh/tg
[I think you need to check your primary screen origin when displaying the "choose where to grab" image]
cowfish asked a question in Twitter on October 05, 2008 08:56:
Older tweets from me that come from the same number of "hours ago" seem to be sorting in reverse order.
In the attached image there are two tweets that were sent 9 hours ago - the one that is my most up to date tweet was sent before the second one. That seems to be happening on my general home page as well as my personal page, although only to my tweets.
I think I've seen it before, but it's generally only with my most recent tweets (although that may well be because it's only my most recent couple of tweets that appear as from x hours ago, rather than a specific date).
Hope that's not too much irrelevant detail.
