My wife also got her phone to verify but I have not been able to get my phone to verify. I text Help and I receive a reply. I text on and i receive a reply that it is on but I do not receive text messages and I do have all of my followers marked as device on. I agree that the directions the site are not clear. My wife and I both had to dig into the help files to try and figure this out. We had no idea about 40404 until we read the how to verify articles. This info needs to be up front on the site.
