This indeed was an IE caching problem, IE was caching the data the first time you asked for the areas, and then giving you that rather than an updated list.

This has been resolved in 1.9.

And finally Point 3, Tag Clouds, have been completed bon.

The weighted tag cloud will appear on the project overview page and give you instant access to all the tags associated with that project.

Hi bon,

This is something we have been noted about before and we have made a few dashboard changes to improve the logs significantly in 1.9

Any changes which show as "Modified" (e.g due date, effort, title, type etc) will now show a corresponding comment in order to show you what has been changed. Multiple modifications at once will create only one log entry.

This have been implemented in 1.9.

When you head to the Time Logs page for a project, you will now see that you can filter by Area in the same manner as filtering by Person.

You can also sort the resulting table by Area, so you can easily group and see what Area people have been working on.

We have implemented the solution, where you cannot edit the details of an archived project, as well as displaying a helpful message, to tell you why you cannot do anything with the project.

Hope this helps, we will be rolling this out with 1.9

You'll be delighted to discover we have solved some more of your dashboard niggles by removing duplications from the dashboard.

If you now log a comment with an action, whether it is a modification or resolving/closing an issue, you'll see that the comment comes along with it in the change log entry.

Look for this in 1.9

We've fixed the issue with not being able to type a valid value when resolving an issue which requires you to log time. This will be rolled out with 1.9.
