I have done some further checking into the problem and now understand its source. It is caused by the iPhone not being in 3G or HSDPA mode. The program itself seems unable to turn on the data connection and thus it says that it cannot connect to their server. Thus, no matter how well they check their server and say that they can find no problems, it will never work. I found a trashy workaround to the problem. Simply go into Safari and get onto any website before you go to use AdelaVoice and it will connect and work without having to turn on WiFi. But don't take too long or the iPhone will go back into non-data connection mode. It probably will go unnoticed and they won't fix it because they don't look a these boards and see what is wrong and don't seem toi care....

AdelaVoice Requires 15Mb/s or it cannot Server connect?On my 3G iPhone AdelaVoice is unable tp connect to its own servers. This is in a tested area that receives 3G / HSDPA, etc. reliably. It WILL work if I turn WiFi on. I cannot use ti in this manner, especaily when I am not at home. With the same iPhone and iPhone Modem and in the same area, I can get data transfers at 2.5Mb/s. The operation of your program is ludicrous. Does it require 15Mb/s through my WiFi to allow it to operate? There are no settings that I can change, there are no options and there are no clear troubleshooting logs or results that I can go through.
If there is no immediate solution I am going to ask PayPal to refund my money and not deal with your products again. I am very frustrated.
