I have bumptop on a brand new x64 Vista machine. Right-clicking brings up settings, but clicking on settings does not bring up the settings dialog box. What gives?

bumptop crashes and when restarted, is in default, I have to rearrange the desktop again. this has happened 3 times in only one morning.

I am unable to delete a shortcut for Internet explorer, which is on the bumptop desktop. It won't be deleted when it's dragged to the recycle bin, nor in any other way. What's going on?
