And can the users, like myself, see our own voting grade?

Does the site automatically send resumes out or does the user have to click a "Send Resume" button to send their resume's out. The video on the site says to click some button, but I can't find it on the site.

Also; is there a list of the employers you contact for each career field? If so, where can one access that information?

And finally; is there a way to check your own voting grade? If so, how?
