Critus's dashboard

I made the mistake of asking a friend of mine what a hash tag meant that she kept using in her posts. Ever since then I have been inundated with automated replies from the service she was using - Selective Twitter. I am including a screen shot of my @ page that only shows the most recent replies I've gotten. This has been going on for almost two months and shows no sign of stopping. Is there ANY way I can have replies from this API blocked so that I do not see them in my replies panel?

I sent a Tweet from my mobile phone and the following message appeared on my feed : "Também coloquei outro post sobre decisão judicial considerando uso de marca em link patrocinado abuso do direito de anunciar / conc.desleal" Is this something I should be concerned with?
