Re-name "Assets" to "Equipment" or provide an example of an asset for a new account.Because I've seen the Bandize Marketing site, I know that Assets are meant to be the band's "Equipment" (guitars, keyboards, amps, monitors, mics, etc.). However, for members of the band seeing the site for the first time, there's little guidance of motivation to use that feature because it isn't clear what goes here:
http://bandize.com/assets/new
I'd suggest either re-naming "Assets" to "Equipment" and/or provide an example of an asset for a new account.

Chat, Help, and Get SatisfactionProject Blue Book uses Basecamp to interact. There's a Chat tab that lets band members chat with each other. It's very rare that feature is ever used. However, in Bandize, the "Live Chat Online" button is prominent, moreso even than the "My Account" button. I would say remove it because it is confusing. Also, the "Help" button and "Get Satisfaction" links make me think there are 3 different places to get in touch with you guys about the site, none of them authoritative. Since "Get Satisfaction" is the prettiest and most non-threatening, I would say change the "Help" link to point to your "Get Satisfaction" site and dump the Beast forum.

File sharingProject Blue Book has been using Basecamp for a couple of years to manage the band. File sharing is easy with it. We'd like to drop it in favor of something more specific such as Bandize. We share recordings and pieces of new compositions that different band members make. (for parts of the year, some of the members are on different coasts)
