    It's been 15 days and Qik has shown absolutely no interest in helping me solve this problem.

    That says it all, and that what they are saying I will spread around.

    Problems with Qik on Sprint's Mogul (6800)!
    I have tried getting Qik to work on my WM 6.1-upgraded Sprint Mogul (6800) to no avail.

    When I try to run it, the "busy" indicator (the square with 4 colors) starts spinning for about 1-2 seconds, then for about 4 seconds nothing happens. Inmediately after that a "we're sorry" screen appears with the following message:

    "a problem has occurred with Qik.exe.

    Please tell Microsoft about this problem, at no cost to you. The data is used exclusively to improve products.

    Show report details.
    Turn off error reporting"

    And gives the option to send or don't send the report.

    I clicked on the "show report details" and a huge text file came up with all sorts of details about the error. I tried to copy and paste it but wasn't able to.

    However, if you think it's absolutely necessary to have that info in order to find out and solve the proble, I wll find a way to do it and post it here.

    P.S. - I've tried getting Qik to run on two separate Moguls, only to get the same result. :(
