ok for supervisor thing...you can ask for a supervisor but i am honestly telling you right now we just transfer you to someone who acts like a supervisor and cant help you anymore than a CAE can. And if you want a credit just keep calling until you get someone really nice, and be really nice to them and they will give you lots of credit to your account. and i would really like a direct number to dispatch to give to people. I hate getting yelled at cause technician will not do there job
