CTTV's dashboard

In the midst of handling customer concerns and issues of greater importance, TightRope came through for Clinton Township Television (CTTV - www.clintontownship-mi.gov/cttv). We are a new customer; our one-year anniversary of using TightRope's Cablecast is next month - April 2009. The staff at TightRope, with JJ in the lead, worked with our graphics integrator, BTi (www.bti.tv) to develop an application to trigger Inscriber graphics from our G3 to disable with show start and re-enable at show completion. Simultaneously, our DataBridge (newsfeed) information crawl also enables/disables correctly. This was completed for CTTV, and has resulted in further development of Cablecast's capabilities, as well as BTi's. Forever looking to please customers AND develop TRMS products, have resulted in great appreciation from us in Clinton Township, Michigan. THANK YOU!
