Why is it that after 50 minutes of waiting to be transferred to speak to someone about a volume license purchase I still can't get through? The serial number for some software I purchased hasn't come through after 3 days and I can't get through to speak to anyone.

Fingers crossed! I finally sold management on using Issuu and naturally the uber important project that is suppose to go onto needs to be online by Friday. Eek!

I saw Sally's post and was hopefully but it's still not working for me. I've tried everything I can think of: firefox, safari, opera, PDF saved through Apple's PDF generator, PDF created with Acrobat Pro, links, no links, different locations and ISPs... Quite frustrated. Anyone else have any luck yet?

I have "too many activations" of PS CS3. Help!

I have "too many activations" of PS CS3 resulting from Apple migration to new computer. Help!

#1) how do I fix this? I'm the only user ever of this copy of PS and computer with software (old computer's HD has been erased and trashed).

#2) Can someone help me who isn't in a call center that just wants me to buy a new copy of PS CS3? 1st call center said buy a new copy but then transferred me the 2nd dept where a nice fellow explained that the "activation dept" can give me an override because my situation happens with Apple migrations and transferred me to the 3rd sept which was the original call center who's solution for me was to buy a new copy of PS.

I'm quite upset over how the first and last call center has been treating me. Please help!

My situation is that pdfs A,B, and C are available for download on the webpage and can be previewed with Issuu, while pdfs D and F are only intended to be downloaded from a link in a newsletter and should not be on Issuu. All are hosted on the same site.

After reading more about Smart Look it looks like as long as my webpage doesn't link to pdfs D and F those PDFs won't appear on Issuu. e.g. Issuu doesn't pull all the PDFs store on my webhost, just the ones I link to from a webpage with the Smart Look code.

Is that correct?

Apologizes for needing my hand held through this. Just want to confirm before I jump in. Thanks!
