Hopefully when fully working it will allow easier review of past discussions. The current site, this one, is one of the worst I've encountered on the internet.

What's up with the pie chart on Home Page?

With the recent upgrade 2008r3 the pie graph on the home page is gone. Only the bar graph remains. Is this a glitch or a planned change? Is there a way to have the pie chart for expenses on the home page?

For Lance in Australia,
I only tried to download from within the program in Mymoney. It didn't work for any of the bank and investment companies I use. Most of them work in Moneydance.

Can't comment on the download from the bank as I didn't try it nor did I look at the download of stock prices.

I looked at Mymoney and found the interface quite nice. However, none of the downloads from banks and investment companies worked for me. It's not quite ready for prime time if you download data.

If not, it may be worth a look.

Moneydance while not as clean an interface, works!

Sorry no easy answer.

I tried to import from Money and finally gave up. Too many quirks in the imported data that seemed to require line by line editing. I didn't have the time or patience. Moneydance doesn't import well from MS Money, probably because of Microsoft's design and the incompatibility between the two systems of accounting.

I finally started all new accounts in Moneydance and have kept my Money data for back records. Lots of quirks with this program, but overall it's OK if are motivated to work them through.

Why no T. Rowe Price Brokerage downloads?

T. Rowe Price brokerage isn't listed.in the download set-up area. It has a separate listing in other financial programs--MS Money for example.

FYI the T. Rowe Price listing appears to work fine, but only for mutual fund accounts, not brokerage.

It would make everything much simpler if you could add the T. Rowe Price Brokerage to the download list.
