The new current admin contact email no longer uses privacy. Domainsbyproxy is currently showing as my Authorization email in my Name.com Domain Transfer Management. Can you update this to the current Admin contact email an re-initiate transfer? – Cy, on September 11, 2009 16:22

Thanks for the quick reply Scott! I believe that last domain was rejected because of it's private registration (at the time). Since then I've removed private registration and confirmed with whois. Can you re-initiate transfer request or would it be better to email support@name.com? – Cy, on September 11, 2009 16:04

No receipt confirmation when emailling support@name.comI emailed support@name.com yesterday and I'm not sure if it reached you guys. Usually companies will automatically generate a ticket and reply with receipt confirmation. Here are excerpts from that email:

[...] When I first attempted the transfer I had privacy on these domains and it failed. Since then, I have removed privacy but was only successful with one domain.
The status reads "waiting for the transfer to be approved." and 5 days from the registry request date to complete (this would've been on 9/9/09).
Is there any thing I can do to help speed up the transfer? Or if its held up on something with the previous registrars, please let me know so I can resolve it.
