hello.
the application "Qtrax" violates the GPL. the application's website is here:
http://music.qtrax.com/

I could not find any source code released, and got no response from them when I emailed them asking for it.
they boast to be based off of the SongBird source code.
this needs to be looked into, in my opinion.
