Howdy Cartfly-ers!

Its come to my attention, that when my customers click on an image in my store it comes up distorted/pixelated, YIKES! I tried uploading a higher resolution image to try and remedy the problem, but it doesn't! What do I do? I sell jewelry so it is very important my customer have a clear detailed view of my items....could this be why I've had NO SALES lately? Please help me!
