This link is a spam and phishing link attached to a survey about Tyler Perry.

It links to endless surveys, and if you provide contact info they constantly call your home and flood your email box. Please remove this type of advertisement. I have advised all my contacts my email. These types of links impact the confidence that users have in social networking. Please respond to my wall to inform me and my facebook family that the links are safe. thanks. D Norton
