I have Songbird setup to sync with iTunes, only from Songbird to iTunes (not a 2-way sync). However, it seems that duplicates of the songs in my smart playlists are created in iTunes when Songbird syncs with Tunes (and possibly an additional duplicate each time it syncs - some of my smart playlists in iTunes now have 4 duplicates!). Please help! Love Songbird, thanks for your support.

Batch or automatically "Love" songs with Last.fm

I have a feature suggestion for last.fm add-ons. It would be awesome if we could "Love" (with last.fm) all songs in a playlist or with 4+ star-ratings. That way, last.fm would be more in tune to our music preferences. Also, it saves a lot of time and keeps us from having to play each song and click "Love". Let me know what you think.

How do I restore playlists?

For some reason, my playlists no longer appear when using Songbird 1.1 (win vista). They were working fine. I don't know if I accidentally deleted them while "exorcizing" duplicate & ghost files, or if Songbird did something wrong. Either way, I need to find a way to restore my playlists in my Songbird library. All of the songs are still in the library, but the playlists are not. If it helps, I did save a backup copy of my old profile from Songbird 1.0 before I upgraded to 1.1. Thank you very much in advance for your help!

If enough people think that a now playing pane should be a core feature (and I think enough people have expressed the need for this), then it should be a core feature and not an add-on for many of the reasons expressed earlier. Just because you wouldn't use it doesn't mean it shouldn't be a core feature. Just because you don't use "copy and paste" doesn't mean that others won't.
