I think the thing they'll put on my tombstone will say, "Perfection is a high standard to be held to" It's the goal we all work for, but when that is the measure by which we're judged, it get awfully uncomfortable. PhotoSynth is such a great product, I'm sure that as it is refined and updated this will all be resolved. Thanks so much to you and the folks work worked this out, and all the efforts to make it available. Regards, DadRR

Hi David,
I'm on Vista 32 SP1, and yes, it was flawless on IE7. Now when I look at a synth, i'm prompted to install. The process starts and i'm offered a repair. I repair and it says all is well. But each time, I'm prompted to reinstall. I've deleted and reinstalled, and I've repaired. Finally I went to the control panel and deleted from there. Then tried to install again. This time I got the same thing, but with a banner advising that there was an add in that wanted to run. When I ran the add in, I got the chance to do the browser view again. Now, I think I'm working like before. It was the hidden prompt for the add in that got me. Thanks for your help. Regards, DadRR

I'm challenged by my conversion to IE8 B2, as i can't get photosynth working. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired, and still not had success. Do you have some other ideas as to what to do? I think about all that's left is a system restore - well, ok, there's a little hyperbole there. But if you’ve got something else to try, I’d sure be interested. DadRR
