I do not put much hope on hoarding Monopoly-like points...I would rather hope they put the effort on better UX, and more integrated open-web technologies to sync with my other online tools in order to maintain my loyalty... The fact they are not even yet in this system tells me something already. -

How to get an even better productA few recommendations:
1- It would be great if OpenDoor allowed for syncing reservation with Google Calendar (iCal standard) in addition to Outlook. Probably a choice you want to give both after Reservation and Invite is sent.
2- OpenId support on sign-in, and a direct link to GetSatisfaction during the process would be rather hip of you.
3- Import guest emails from Yahoo/Gmail/Plaxo is quite a standard UX now days
4- iPhone support
Keep on improving guys...
it is a good product worth maintaining in the cutting edge of online experience where your main users probably are. -

7 suggestions for a better productGreat product with a beautiful (almost sensual) interface. A few wishes:
1- EXTREMELY important: Be able to replace versions of the same document (without loosing previews stats).
2- Be able to customize what page a mini viewer shows on 1st load.
3- Fade out & disable commands on My Library that do not work when I have several documents selected (annoying to get the warning constantly).
4- On Pro version at least, be able to disable Issuu Logo on Mini-Viewer.
5- Figure out a bette user experience when clicking on page, it now goes into alternate page-by-page viewer (instead of a proper zoom within same UI) and things get confusing from there. Allow instead for the more important content hyperlink support
6- Figure out the sync between document "Edit" and "Publish", The later requests approvals already set on the first
7- Allow for editing unique URL post document load
Just my 2 cents... Awesome otherwise.
