Error contacting TCP I/P control module set.Podcast Transcoding is not going well. I have everything set up so that the projects are showing in iTunes and Zune. Just no files yet. I look in the folder on the SX server and no files have been transcoded. I have permissions set on both SX and VOD server services (both cable cast and device controller) to log in as Administrator. When I look at the transcoding process at the bottom of the Digital File Management area I see this error message "Error contacting TCD I/P control module set.
Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: '192.168.0.150' Key being added: '192.168.0.150'" I also notice that a lot of the videos now say "Could not find a matching digital file for this show on a video server" where they used to say "On Demand file exists. (along with their filename.wmv). This was just minutes ago.
Any thoughts?
People have also commmented that they cannot access the VOD files from external locations. We can see them fine here at the office. If someone could point me in the right direction there as well, I would appreciate it.
Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Ok. I believe that I have everything set up correctly based on the thread that Shawn shared. (thank you Shawn). However, I am unclear if I entered the IP address correctly in the config file. Do I need to include the port number or just the ip address? Does it need the HTTP:// in front of it? Also When I set the shows to transcode for the podcast file I see in the Digital File Management area a message of "Could not find a matching digital file for this show on a video server" next to each of the files below. The shows are showing up on VOD just fine. I did stop and restart the service for cable cast and assigned the administrator account.
Any thoughts?

Podcast files not showing up.Hi all, quick question about podcasting files. We created a project. Then assigned shows to the project. We set the project to podcast. When we transcode our video files for on demand, they show up as WMV on the servers. My question is: when do the files get transcoded for podcasting? Am I missing a step? I can see the project in iTunes and in other RSS readers, but it says there are no files found. Am I missing a super obvious step? Is there more setup that I need to look at? Any and all help is greatly appreciated. We are excited about the podcasting opportuntiy.

Public Web Site Design QuestionsI am in the process of setting up our public web site out of cable cast. So far so good, but I have a couple of tweaks that I need help on. I searched for them, but haven't found any previous posts.
1. With the banner that you can upload, what are the pixel dimensions of the space that is allocated. I would like to create something in photoshop (a jpeg) that is the right size so it doesn't pixelize when I upload it.
2. When I set the site color, I notice that the font color changes to the same color. Is there any way to default the font to black for easier viewing?
Thanks in advance for any and all help!

We can get the program to install on XP successfully, but then it throws a DLL error when we try to run it. The Vista 64 install said "successful" and we can even preview the DVD in the program. It's just when we click the import button that we have to wait. To us, it should prompt us for a file location right away. Hope that helps.
