Thanks for your response, Justin. However, this doesn't seem to change anything. Is there something unusual about the Apple store site? I have not seen this behavior on any other site to date.

VIPRE definition update fails
I installed VIPRE after it's release on a computer that had been running the beta version for several months. I had to manually uninstall the beta version, but the new version installed and worked fine. Now the definition update fails. I get a service error HTTP 500.
