I love the messenger bags, but like a tote bag style better for storing baby items. I like that it "sits up" better.

In a perfect world you could configure any Timbuk2 bag as a diaper bag. Based on the idea of the "build your own bag" but with ability to add or remove options inside the bag as well. Yes, some say I am a dreamer......

It would be better based on the Metro or XSmall or Small messenger bag. Something that won't dump all of the contents when it falls over in the car or slides off your shoulder or the back of the stroller. Maybe the diaper pad could be built into the flap as a fold out so it was all ready to go as a portable changing station.

A diaper pad insert would be wonderful as well. My husband and I are Timbuk2 fans also (we each have a messenger bag for work and school) and would love to have a great bag like what we have now!

Seeing that I am going to be a new Dad in July, I too was looking for a diaper bag by you guys. I love your product and so does my wife, so we were hoping you had something specific like Shelly is talking about. I'd buy it in a heartbeat. We'd love to be a Timbuk2 family.
