Kudos for your API coverage!Brilliant choice to have such complete API coverage. That's about the smartest thing a tech tool can do these days! And it's paying off with all the third-party tools.

Yay for the round-trip export/import!I especially appreciate the first-class support for round-trip export/import. That feature alone improves the usability by about 5x!
Dan reported a problem in Pivotal Labs on November 15, 2009 03:52:
"Most recent project..." setting for "Start page"The "Most Recent Project..." setting for "Start Page" in "My Profile" does not work for me. After changing to "Most Recent Project...", my start page continues to be the historical first project instead of my most recently viewed project.
To see the problem, my account ID is 46847.

You folks are my new role modelsHoly crap! This is the greatest agile tool EVER! Seriously, your feature set is SPOT-ON and exactly what I needed for every team project I've worked on for three years. So I will be a frequent flyer.
And your execution on the UI and UX are textbook examples of innovation and use of state-of-the-art web technologies. Pivotal Tracker is now one of the sites I will use to show clients what can be done.
Dan set one of Dan's replies as an official response to "Billing currency and shipping costs" in Cartfly
Dan replied on May 27, 2008 17:07 to the question "Billing currency and shipping costs" in Cartfly:
The currency is US dollars. We plan to support other currencies in an upcoming version of the site.
As for shipping rates, we recommend adding per-item shipping costs to the item prices. To keep things simple for their buyers, we recommend that stores use the flat shipping rate field for per-shipment costs. We chose this simplified rate structure to reduce the complexity of creating a store and making purchases.
Dan replied on May 23, 2008 23:50 to the question "how to upload thousands of products?" in Cartfly:
The free storefront at Cartfly.com does not support such a large number of items (displaying thousands of products becomes unwieldly). We are working on a premium service that would be suitable for a store with thousands of items.
In the meantime, we recommend using a Cartfly.com store to sell a subset of "highlighted" items.

Dan replied on May 21, 2008 14:54 to the question "mainserver name" in Cartfly:
Your store's URL is http://"subdomain".cartfly.com, where "subdomain" is the unique name you chose when setting up your store. If you have forgotten your store's subdomain, just log in at http://www.cartfly.com and click "Account" in the left panel. Your subdomain is listed in the account information.

Dan replied on May 20, 2008 20:03 to the question "no show" in Cartfly:
Deluxe,
Try looking at your store again. If the problem was in Facebook, that has now been fixed. Please let me know if the problem was not in Facebook, or if the Cartfly Facebook application is not working for you.
I apologize for the inconvenience. We launched a new version of the Facebook application in the wee hours of the night, and I fear that the kinks during the switchover are what caused the problem.

Dan set one of Dan's replies as an official response to "domain redirect" in Cartfly
Dan replied on May 20, 2008 18:49 to the question "domain redirect" in Cartfly:
Cartfly.com does not have a direct way to use your own domain, but there are many ways to redirect one domain to another. The best way to redirect depends on how much control you have over the web server at the redirecting URL. If you do a Google search on "redirect web page" you will find many discussions of page redirection. One site that discusses options when you have access to the server is: http://www.stevenhargrove.com/redirec...
