I keep getting recurring infections of trojans gregstar and heur, even after Vipre says it removed them. It seems like it should run a boot time scan so they don't keep loading through the registry at startup, but it doesn't. Any suggestions?

Same thing in safe mode, scans, finds infections, boots to boot time cleaner, hangs.

Hi there. I have scanned this laptop, and it boots to the boot time cleaner. It scans a bunch of files and then hangs at \device\harddiskvolume2\windows\system32\drivers\tunmp.sys
