Yahoo Pipes can respond very slowly, but since I have it behind Feedburner and send the Feedburner feed to Twitterfeed, I am puzzled why it it generally fails. It hardly works at all anymore.

Hmm, I may have fixed this by removing the ?format=xml instruction from the Feedburner URL. Let's see if anything comes through now.

My feedburner feed (with a Pipes feed behind it) never comes through on Twitter anymore. It authenticates fine at Twitterfeed, but I get a "feedburner error: Feed Not Found!" message and no tweets! It used to work fine.

This is a chronic problem with twitterfeed on all kinds of feeds. I have around 20 going to 3 twitter accounts, and they often go dead for short and long periods of time. Has been that way for nearly a year.

Nevermind, I fixed this by recovering the old account, removing the email address from it, and then closing it again.

The "hirem" link is for a sample company? I swapped it for my own company name, which I just created, and it let me add myself as an employee. But why wasn't that automatically the case since I am the owner? – Dan, on August 15, 2009 18:56

Can't add an email address from a deleted account

I just created a new account to manage my own get satisfaction forums. I had an old account as a basic user/satisfaction seeker, which I have now deleted. However, the email address associated with it can't be added to my new account. I get an "already in use" message when I try to add it.
