Yeah, upgraded to Outlook 2010 too and soocial seems to be broken here too.

Please come up with a solution soon as te BETA is out in the open now and a lot more people will start to upgrade!

I just LOVE the way Threadsy works when moving my mouse over the item lines in the inbound stream, especially the orange icons that light up under a contact person's name. I am already used to that! Love it!

This works the same everywhere, but... when I open/compose an email, those buttons are gone and replaced by big orange buttons on the very bottom of the message. And all of a sudden navigation doesn't work the same anymore.

Why? Why not stay consistent and keep the orange icons under a contact person's name even when I'm opening/composing a message?

It's far more consistant!

Right now, it doesn't matter where I click on the item line, it opens the message AND it changes the unbound stream to the contact person's stream/info.

I find this irritating, as most of the time I already know who's sending me an email, @-tweet or a DM and I don't need to check their stream. I have to click on the line though to het it marked 'unread' so the unbound tab changes to the contact persons's stream/info.

I would like to keep my eye on the unbound stream (everybody), and now I always have to click back from the person's stream/info to everybody's stream.

Why not only change the unbound stream to a person's stream/info when I click on the contact's name or icon in the item line, and when I click on the subject it just opens the massage (and unbound stays focused on everybody's stream) or just marks it read when it's an @-message/DM?

For example, on my profile you guys have found two twitter profiles, but one of them is not mine at all. Have the same issue with one of my twitter contacts and I can't delete an auto-normalized service right now.

That's exacltly what I mean; on both my 30" Apple Cinema HD screen and on my work screen (Samsung 20") the contrast is hard to see and they both look the same to me! If read items were darker grey it would be better, I think!

Hard to see what messages are new (bold font face) and what messages are read -- isn't it possible to e.g. mark the whole line item white instead of grey?

Would be nice to add services to people manually.

Right now I have a friend names Eva, that didn't fill out her last name on Twitter. Would be nice if I could edit her information so that Threadsy can find profiles of other services or add services manually (e.g. her Facebook).

YellowBrick is already in the login tabs menu, but still doesn't seem to work?
Then why not disable the YellowBrick tab -- this is very confusing now!

(Took me two days to find out that the service still needed to be added!)

I know what you mean -- especially with the Plaxo plugin installed that updates contacts data automatically within Outlook, this will get messy over time as people update their profiles on Plaxo every once in a while.

Yeah -- that worked like charm for me. Just follow the above mentioned steps and all your contact data will be back to normal :)

I will send you some names, but not on this board (I don't want people to find their names on Google referring to this page), but you can check names under companies like American Express, BSC, Quest Software, BMW -- there's plenty of names!

Same problem here, the new plugin (downloaded this morning, doing a full sync now) changes the FILE AS to the company name (when existing) in Outlook and creates duplicates of all my contact names in Outlook (strangely, not on the Soocial website). FILE AS settings in Outlook are correct (Firstname, Lastname).

It's all pretty messed up (again) now.

Overview with all changes after last backup

Would be nice if Soocial keeps track of all contacts that have been added of changed after the last backup, so that you know exactly what will be lost if you restore the latest backup. And that I can see those in an overview, print it or write those down.

Woud be even better to click on a button and save a .vcf file with just these latest add's/changes.
