AG gift subscription problem. Need help ASAP!
I have a problem that I have been trying to address for a week via email and phone to MB. I bought a gift subscription for AvantGuild and entered the wrong email address for the recipient. The gift was supposed to be delivered today via email, and I would really like to correct this problem for tonight -- the first night of Chanukah. I would like to be contacted ASAP by media bistro to correct this problem. My case number in the help system was 2164 and no one ever responded to it. Thanks.
