I just found that episode 13 picks up in that mid sentence... it's the same way on itunes... so I guess it was just a poor choice of end point... probably not much to be done about it. -

It looks like the podiobooks outro was added to early... or maybe the recording got truncated... but I can't start episode 13 until I know how much I'm missing... -
