I fixed my LinkedIn problem by replacing the D-Link router with a Linksys (Sisco) one. The old router was causing problems on several sites, not just LinkedIn

LinkedIn told me to delete all my cookies! This had no lasting effect. I may have got once onto the site properly. The other suggestion was to delete the account and start all over again!
Is there some way of saving settings,contacts. I do not want to have to invite everyone again! – Daniel, on March 28, 2009 03:47

Slightly bizarre problem with LinkedIn.
I can look at email alerts but cannot sign in to change profile.
Neither Firefox nor IE6 works on any of two computers.
