Can anyone turn off the sound while listening to music? Why can't they co-exist in harmony???

Hey csemaa,

If you try resetting your network settings, it can help. As well, not all WiFi networks work (no clue why), so try finding another, usually most free ones are in urban downtown areas. If all fails, try the classic "WiFi on, WiFi off" option.
