im having this same problem! i placed my order, although it is a custom bag, 2 1/2 days ago. i received an email telling me that it would be processed and it may take 1-2 business days before being sent out, other than that ive received nothing, and i too expedited it for 2 day deliver! i really wanted it for this weekend.-

where's my expedited order?I ordered a stock (not custom) laptop messenger bag with 2nd day shipping. Never received an email after my initial "order placed" email. Called customer service several times for 3 days in a row. Everyone was able to find my order but couldn't tell me anything about where it was. Each customer service rep assured me they would "take care of it" and email me once they had. I still have not received any email nor phone call. I leave on a multi-week trip tomorrow - guess I won't be taking a Timbuk2 bag. Extremely disappointed.-
