im missing 1k tweets, apparently a lot of people too. any solution????

yes, i login to the help page, my user name appears in the top of the page, but every time i click in let us know, it takes me to the help home page i says welcome back daniela gamez

after twitter going down today, im missing 1k tweets, i use to have 2k and now it says i only have 1k. i read this is happening with twitter mobile but i dont use it, so i dont understand. am i going to recover my tweets??

why a friend appears blocked i f i havent block him?

when i looked for my friend in "find people" it says "blocked" but i havent blocked him. and when i go to his profile there's the option for block him but not to unblocked him. i will like to know if this means someone go in my twitter without me knowing i blocked him (that would make sense) or it means he has blocked me. how can i unblocked him if theres no "unblocked" option??? help!!!!
