I have the same problem. But i happens every 2-4 hrs. I dont have any other security programs installed exept sunbelt firewall. But for me it is only the automatic update wich turn itself up so i have to manually turn it on again.

I have sunbelt firewall and spyware doctor 6. The firewall block behavior guard(threatfire) that SWD has. I have tried to ad an exclusion inside the meny intrusion and injection. But i cant find this TFService.exe. What can i do?
