Hi Todd, sorry you're out of luck with the Razr2 V9m (as far as I can tell). They don't support SyncML on the V9m.
For the Razr v3, try this manual setup:
Setting Up Your Motorola Razr to use Soocial
Step-by-step guide to configuring your Motorola Razr calendar to synchronize your contacts using Soocial
1. On your phone, from the main screen, press the menu button and select "Settings".
2. In settings, select "Connection".
3. Select "Sync" (NOT Bluetooth). Note to T-Mobile subscribers in the USA: It seems that all T-Mobile Razr V3s in the United States have the menu item for Sync setup turned off by default. You need to edit the SEEM to get it working.
4. Select "New Entry".
5. For "Name", enter anything you want. I entered "Soocial".
6. For "URL", enter the "http://sync.soocial.com".
7. For "User Name", enter your Soocial user name (e-mail address).
8. For "Password", enter your Soocial password.
9. For "Data Paths" choose the "Change" soft-key. Enter "./contacts" for "Phonebook".
10. Select "Ok" and then "Done". You will see a "Changed" message.
11. To synchronize your contacts, go to "Settings", "Connection", "Sync", highlight "Soocial". (or whatever you named it), and press the center navigation button (the circle with the dot).
12. You may want to create a shortcut on your phone to make this easier for future syncs. To do this, go to "Settings", "Connection", "Sync", highlight "Soocial" and press and hold the menu button until you see the message "Assign Shortcut for: "Soocial" select the "Yes" soft key.
13. To synchronize your contacts using the shortcut, select the "Shortcuts" soft key from the main screen, highlight Soocial (you can press the number before the shortcut to jump to it) and then press the "Go To" soft key.
14. After it finishes synchronizing your contacts, it will give you the message "Sync completed. View log." Select "Yes" or "No" using the hot keys.
Let me know if this works for ya!

Our priorities at the moment will be focused on connecting with webmail services first (Yahoo Mail, Hotmail/Windows Live). LinkedIn, Xing etc are alos important to us. Social networks make less sense, but when they open up and make two-way syncs possible syncing with these networks become very interesting of course.
In the end we aim to sync with all the apps where you have your contacts.

A comment on the question "Soocial stuck waiting for Gmail activation" in Soocial:
Sorry about that. That's not cool. We'll have to communicate it clearer, when selecting 'erase contacts in Gmail' that GTalk contacts will be deleted too. This is actually a big thing, because Google's API doesnt distinguish 'My Contacts' from 'Suggested Contacts' or from 'GTalk contacts'. Hope they will fix that soon. – Daniel Spronk, on November 17, 2008 15:08

@Zoolander: we're planning to have our beta versionout within the month. Our 'beta' version won't have these label bugs ('other' instead of mobile etc.) anymore.
@Adam: we're looking into that. It seems i.e. that Outlook 2003 only supports one URL. When you mention addresses, do you mean snail mail addresses or email addresses?
