Actually, there is.

1. Right click on the BumpTop systray icon and select Settings.
2. Click the Visuals tab.
3. Click Move desktop to next monitor.
4. Click Apply.

2. Shrink it one time.

Look! Part of text is outside the note. I have not seen this before but I could be wrong.

Seriously, why would anyone expect BumpTop to work with VNC or RDP.

Do you watch movies and play games over VNC or RDP session??

I would rather see BumpTop closing down upon a newly created rdp/vnc session.
