Hi Kim,
Once again we are really sorry that you experienced problems when you tried to place your order. As explained via email, this was due to a temporary problem with our servers and has now been fixed.
The payments were refunded almost immediately, but took a couple of days to clear back into your account. We take erroneous payments very seriously and aim to rectify these situations as quickly as possible.
Please do try and place the order - the temporary problems are fixed and the promocode I gave you should hopefully compensate for the original problems.

Hi Majick,
We are really sorry that you are having trouble paying for your order.
When you choose to pay with Paypal, you need to create a Paypal account first. Once you have done this, you can simply add your Amex card and pay.

Thanks for reporting this problem.
We have been restricted to a certain format for international telephone numbers by our US mail providers. We are currently looking into a more comprehensive solution, that will help our customers get the correct format at the first attempt.
Please make sure that any telephone numbers submitted are in the following format:
+01 5555 555555 (+01 being the international dialing code)

I have checked our database and can see only one payment. Can you please double check and let me know which payment methods the two charges were placed with?
