denton29 asked a question in Spotify on May 31, 2009 23:58:
Does Spotify cache scrobbles when it can't connect?Today there was an outage at the Last.fm data center. Theoretically, no scrobbles should be lost because scrobbling applications are supposed to queue/cache their failed scrobbles.
Does Spotify do this? I was just wondering, because I couldn't find any place in the client where it is mentioned. I would be upset to lose all of my scrobbles from today.-

A comment on the problem "Excessive debug protection?" in Spotify:
This isn't a Spotify problem, I have noticed this with all debuggers and all applications. It seems like every once in a while the other application somehow ends up waiting for a response from the debuggee, which obviously doesn't wake up until the breakpoint is over. – denton29, on May 20, 2009 21:30-

A comment on the idea "Portable spotify?" in Spotify:
No, because the cache path might be an absolute one (meaning if you plug in a thumb drive somewhere else and the drive letter changes, it won't load). Spotify also makes some application data files that you can't change the path of. – denton29, on May 03, 2009 21:29-

A comment on the idea "Stop button?" in Spotify:
Andres, stop is different than pause. Stop would clear the entire queue and currently playing song...spotify can't do that right now. – denton29, on April 27, 2009 23:34
