I don't see any way to search ma.gnolia for bookmarks to any page on my domain. Is this possible? It would be pretty cool, beyond search for bookmarks to specific url's, I think.

Intuitive, or not the most accurate. It might apply at some level to the owner of the client I'm working for as a contractor, but it seems like a stretch for a fellow web developer that is an employee of the company.

Is there a standard or suggested way of listing Freelance Positions with companies? This comes up most often when adding someone I've worked with as a freelancer as a contact. I hesitate to add them as a colleague to my current position which is my company. But they're not any of the other options either. So I select Other, but maybe there is a better way. Is there?

Short story... ordered shirts from threadless. One shirt has two obvious holes. Email about exchange or other possibilities. I can get the shirt exchanged, or I can get a 10 dollar coupon. I say okay, that would be fine, but would feel a lot better about the deal if some shipping costs for that order or a future order are also discounted. Then I hear nothing, for 10 days. Email again, hear nothing for 4 days, email again, hear nothing for 4 more days. Starting to wonder if I'm in a "do not reply to" list.

Note: I do know there is no "black hole", I apologize if sarcasm is inappropriate :)

just got a response from them today, something about being short this week, maybe a new hire to boot. but they were apologetic and pretty positive, giving them the benefit of the doubt at this point.

I emailed a few of the folks listed as the DBH team individually this morning.

Still waiting for response on questions about exchanging items

I ordered a couple of shirts from Design by Humans that I love, but are the wrong size. I'm wondering if I can exchange them for a different size, and emailed their three addresses listed on their site. It's been a week, and I haven't heard anything back from them. A return policy is not posted on the site (that I could find), nor is a phone number or mailing address.
