    Customer Service: Outrageous Charges & Sketchy Customer Service
    So I had moved the digital cable box from the living room to my bedroom which the customer service reprensentative said would be okay. So I do that and the cable box no longer worked, so I called customer service again and they said they couldn't resolve the issue over the phone, so a technician would have to come fix it, fine, great, super! So the technician comes and fixes it in about 20 minutes. I get my bill for the month of April and there is a $24.99 "'trouble call charge" which is bullshit! I was never informed of this charge, not from the customer service representative or by the technician nor did I sign anything! I called customer service to inquire about this charge and they said there was something wrong with the line or the hardware and it was "my fault" however, if I would have known of the charge, I wouldn't have called to get it fixed because I'm moving out in 2 months anyways. The customer service rep said she couldn't do anything so I asked to speak with a manager and she said the same but she would take $12.50 off. They should take the whole thing off because the charge is bullshit and I wasn't informed of the charge by the customer service nor the technician. I used to think highly of Comcast's customer service, now I think it sucks and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
