Well, I just thought that paying an extra $7 would get a tracking number so it would move quicker and so I could gauge when it would be here instead of just crossing my fingers.

6 days since order, says billed but no shipping status.
My order says "billed" but there's no tracking number or confirmation. Waiting 6 days and still no shipping? I paid extra for fast shipping, I don't want to miss my sisters b-day without my gift. That would be...pretty bad since she's only out for a couple days from out of province.
