Your promos are not attractive to the customers.For example,the globe duo.. it sucks! No match yan sa unli calls ng smart.tingnan mo,di mo matatawagan ang cellphone number pag di naka register din sa duo..duh? hello? anong kwenta nun? yan na ba ang pang laban nyo sa unli calls ng smart? walang kwenta.. halos lahat ng mga friends ko,nag smart na.... yan na ba talaga ang pangtapat nyo? walang kwenta.

Globe is the most customer friendly of all networks

I love how the customer service representatives treat me.They are courteous and patient.They have ethics.It's so easy to connect to 211.You don't have to wait for many hours for you to be accommodated.The signal is strong but not that strong.I hope that there will be signal in an establishment because it's really important for me.That's my only problem with globe.
I also love the free info that I can learn on unlitxt,sulitxt,etc. Globe is not eating my load.Why some of here saying that their load was stolen?
If I would rate Globe 1 to 10, 1 as the lowest and 10 as the highest, I will give you 8.

Abot nga ba talaga ang mundo?hindi naman eh.late ang mga text messages,pag magsesend ka ng text pag gabi,nagfafailed kahit may load ka pa.pag nasa loob ka ng establishment,wala ng signal.di tuloy matanggap ang text pag nasa loob.yan ba ang sinasabi ng babae sa commercial na madaling mareceive ang message?lahat ng sinasabi dun ay kabilagtaran.Tapos pag may report ka,hindi naman nangyayari sa exact na date.yan ba ang may isang salita?ang hina ng signal sa mga provinces at malakas naman sa cities.ang unfair ah..pag naman hihingi ka ng settings sa 2951,di nagrereply.kahit tama naman at itawag mo pa,walang nangyayari.yan ba ang abot ang mundo?eh paano makakagprs nyan kung di nagrereply yung 2951 na yan.

About MMS retrieval

Ang hirap makatanggap ng mms sa globe.Kasi minsan pag nag below 25 ka at matagal ka nag below,pag nagload ka ng above 25,3 hours na,di pa rin makasend.kailangan pang tumawag sa hotline para maactivate.Ang hassle eh.Dapat kasi wala ng maintaining balance na 25 kasi ang mahal.sa 2 networks,kahit piso lang makakasend ka ng mms at kahit piso lang,activated din ang mms.sa globe,5 pesos dapat tapos kahit minsan sufficient load mo,di rin makasend,napaka inconsistent.

haha ganun talaga yan,pag di ka galit,di ka masyadong papansinin.Well,that's business.sana di na lang pinapakita sa commercial na malakas signal nila kasi nakakirita lang,pwede naman sabihin sa ibang areas pero hindi sa buong bansa noh.kung buong bansa yan,sana malakas na talaga signal ko kahit saan pati yung sinasabi ng babae dun na madaling mareceive ang message,hindi naman eh,minsan late pag gabi.di lang ako nagsasabi nyan pati mga friends ko.sa bagay sa smart,pas late naman eh.hahaha pero sabi nila hindi na daw late.

@custhelp,no.This does not solve the problem.ganito pa din sa amin.ang pinakaproblema namin dito,pag nasa loob kami ng establishment like savemore,mercury drug,parco supermarket,merriam webster at grocer e,walang signal sa loob,try nyo pa.2g lang cp ko.so kung wala ng outage eh,bakit ganun pa din?sa bahay namin,fluctuating pa din ang signal.

mura nga pero minsan may errors ang network kaya di pa nga nakakapasok sa site,bawas na kaagad ang 5.di ba pwedeng pag lumabas ka ng site eh,kahit di pa tapos 15 minutes ay di panibagong 5 na naman.paano pag biglang nagrestart ang cp?
