This might not be a suitable fix for some people but it worked like a charm for me, I found if I deleted the profile I was trying to sync(for example IE) and created a new profile to sync with (Lets say we called the new profile Internet Explorer) and changed the profiles on my computer to the newly created one this fixed the problem.

Change the duration of the Budget :-)
When will you be adding functionality to the Budget which will allow me to choose fortnights and weeks as well as months for the duration of the budget?
