    When I expand "more details", the 2nd and 3rd options ("TVGuide.co.uk G..." and "TVGuide.co.uk i...") are too long for me to see properly. Drop the url, since it's common to all 3?

    Survey improvements/bugs
    Survey:
    * needs "additional comments " filed to stop me from having to do this
    * my contract is O2 1-month rolling contract; no option for this (or for other) in this question.
    * radio button questions with an "other" behave strangely (I think I checked on option, unchecked & typed in the "other" textbox, submitted and was given a "question requires an answer"). Anyway, it needs a radio for the "other" option, maybe with a validator that forces text if you choose it
    * mobile phone question didn't allow multiple answers
