When I try avidlearner.pbwiki.com, I get a page saying it hasn't been set up yet and to check my email, including my spam folder

Kristine - thanks for the reply. It took some work, but I found the original in our spam folder.

Okay, I created the wiki for the class and tried to add my info to the database, but it is reading locked. Do I just wait.

What email? Does it have any kind of support or help link? I think there was a glitch and my email system may have bounced it or something.

But I DID receive that email. I did steps one and two. Now what?

If you signed up properly you should have received an email titled: 'Hi, welcome to PBwiki Summer Camp' -- this may have ended up in your spam filter. You may want to check there to be sure.

I will paste the email below, but if you don't find it in your spam box, I would sign up again to be sure you receive our mailings in the future.

Welcome to the PBwiki summer camp!

This program will last six weeks and explore the many ways to use new technology in your classroom. The goal is to learn how to create the best wiki for your classroom -- including how to integrate wikis in your lesson plans, what features work best for your class and how to use the new PBwiki 2.0.

We have PBwiki Mentors from all over the world to discuss the best classroom tricks and share tips along the way.

At the end of the summer, Campers who have followed the program receive a free platinum wiki for the school year, as well as some fun swag along the way.

The first thing to do is to create a new classroom PBwiki and add your name to the Camper list. Here's how:

1) Go to www.PBwiki.com and create a brand new educational wiki for your fall class
2) Add you name to our camper list and link to your new wiki. (http://educators.pbwiki.com/Summer%20...)

Thanks for bringing up this important feature - multiple file deletion. We're going to be implementing this feature pretty soon, as well as some other cool file stuff.

Having had to recently delete a lot of files from my own wiki (about 200!) you can bet that I made a big fuss about getting this feature too! :)

I'm a teacher too. This need to be able to delete many files each year is an important one to us. Since pbwiki seems to be mainly for education and business, I hope that coding for a multiple file deletion feature is on the slate.
