I don't see the player as a black box on my computer, which leads me to believe that you may be seeing an issue related to the version of the Adobe Flash player installed on your computer.

To check the version of the Flash player installed on your computer, go to: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/a.... I'd recommend upgrading to the latest version of Flash if it's possible for you to do so.
