Why do I have to open Outlook twice for Inbox to populate with new messagesI have to open Outlook 2007 twice before my new messages will appear in my inbox. Take for example if I log out and leave for lunch and come back and log on again and open Outlook there will be no new messages in my Inbox, however I no I received email because they showed up on my mobile device. I did not read them on the mobile device I just saw that I had new messages. So then I close Outlook and wait for it to disappear from the taskbar and then I reopen it and now the new emails populate the Inbox. This happens each time I log off or restart my machine.-

Yes events are going into the Exchange Calendar, however it does not matter if we are using OWA or Outlook when you shcedule a meeting and look at this particular person it says No Information. -

Hi this appears to have cleared up the junk e-mail part no the calendar is the only issue. -

Yes the user's are in the global address book and it is only a select few from our domain. It it Entourage 2008 and yes we are using Exchange 2007. You can log in as the same user on a pc and this does not happen only on his Mac does this happen, he has OS 10.5.7. -

Internal mail goes to junk and my availabilty on my calender can not be seen by others.I still have email from the other designers and Mel O going to my junk mail folder for some reason. And I’m not sure we ever fixed my calendar issue either, where no one can see my availability when setting up a meeting.
